A busy November

A very diverse array of cakes has been requested this month, and it’s been a joy to make every one of them. Trying new things has been petrifying at times (the pressure of getting gold leaf right first time!), but it’s great learning all the time.

Nick left one team…
And started with another. Purple ball sprinkle disaster followed and I think we’ll be finding them for years to come!

My son turned 8 🙂 he designed the cake he wanted in the summer holidays. I dread to think what he’s going to come with next year 🙈
You know I mean business when the spirit level comes out!
